This process is client driven where you are the expert. The nurse coach serves as a support and a facilitator to help you reach your health goals. We are holistic in that we look at the client as a whole, assessing not only the physical but the emotional, spiritual and environmental aspects that make you, you. We work to co-create goals that are reasonable and attainable and, help tackle obstacles that can set you back.
