My Motto
My purpose as a Nurse Coach is to succeed where the healthcare system has failed. My goal is to help clients, by providing holistic care, support and motivation so that they can thrive and meet their full health potential.

About Me

I’ve been in healthcare for 15 years starting out as a C.N.A and working my way up to L.P.N and to my current role for the past 10 years as a Registered Nurse. I have worked in a wide range of fields including Hospice, Geriatrics, Homecare Case Management, Research and for the past 5 years Emergency Medicine. Currently licensed in both Connecticut and New York, I have worked locally at Putnam Hospital and Danbury Hospital which is a Level 2 Trauma Center. Trained under the Nurse Coaching Collective and Board Certified under the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Daisy Award Nominee in 2022.
My Story
While working through Covid, I experienced trauma and burn out that only fellow nurses can understand. I turned to fitness to help replace destructive coping mechanisms. There, I discovered my passion! I came to love all things fitness even obtaining my Certification as a Crossfit Coach to motivate others to meet their fitness goals. I dove into the world of strength training, pilates and olympic lifting. While still working as a nurse, I saw how our healthcare system continues to fail patient after patient. We have moved from a preventative care system to a sick care system. I have seen patients lose absolute control of their health as we, healthcare workers, provided bandaid service. I wanted to see a change but had no clue how. It's then that I discovered Nurse Coaching and found that I can combine my passion and my career to truly enact change. I love what I do and I can't wait to be of service to all who want to transform!

Here is a very open and candid interview with fellow RN Jessica Brown and myself. Learn about our experience with working through COVID and beyond, and what lead two ER Nurses (which I personally describe the ER as my first love in Nursing) to transition to Health and Wellness and Functional Medicine.
